Columns in the list:

Address:Port The address and port of the server. Clicking on a server will add this server to the eDonkey2000 list of servers.
Some servers have two different addresses here, see below for an explanation.
Name The name of the server. This is chosen by the server operator.
CC The country of the owner of the IP address as reported by the whois databases at arin, ripe, apnic or lacnic. For global organizations such as AOL the geobytes database is used instead.
Users The current amount of users as reported by this server.
Files The current amount of files as reported by this server.
Uptime Shows for how long the server is known being alive by the list generator. Will be reset to zero whenever there was no response for more then one hour. IP or port changes are not taken into account yet.
Min The minimum Client Version that is allowed to login. It is only shown when the list generator was able to login at least 4 times in the last 8 hours.
Max The maximum Client Version that is allowed to login. It is only shown when the list generator was able to login at least 4 times in the last 8 hours.
High Tells whether the server assigns the correct ID (high number) to a client that is not behind a firewall. It is very likely that this server is connected through a misconfigured router or firewall if it says 'No' here. This is only shown when the list generator was able to login at least 4 times in the last 8 hours.
Low Tells whether the servers allows login for clients that are behind a firewall. This is only shown when the list generator was able to login at least 4 times in the last 8 hours.
Version The Version of the server software as reported by the server at login.
Refs Tells how many other servers this server sends at login or on request.
Known Tells how many other servers reported a reference to this server in the last 15 minutes.
Bot Tells whether this server allows login for clients that have "[file-finder.com]" appended to their username. It is only shown when the list generator was able to check for this at least 2 times in the last 8 hours.
MLD Tells whether this server allows login for clients that have "mldonkey_" prepended to their username. It is only shown when the list generator was able to check for this at least 2 times in the last 8 hours.
Description The Description of the server. This is chosen by the server operator.

Servers with two IP addresses obviously run with a incorrect server setup. In these cases the server "thinks" it has a different address than it sends its answers from. Other Servers will know the address the server thinks it has, while clients will consider this address dead, but recognize the real address where the ping answers came from. I'm not sure whether clients send queries to both interfaces or simply ignore the dead one. In either case this draws a lot of unnecessary traffic to these servers which might even be twice as much as it would be with only one correct address.

The information in the list is gathered by communicating with the servers in the network. The list generator maintains an internal collection of all servers that were reported by any other server or responded to requests in the last 4 hours. These servers are regulary checked whether they answer to UPD messages or whether they allow login for clients. The checking frequency gets adopted to the response behavior of the servers. The traffic per working server caused by this sums up to about 6 bytes/s upload and 1 byte/s download. The upload traffic is only about 3 bytes/s if a server is full and thus does not allow login. The list generator respects several minimum time gaps of at least 3 minutes between successive UDP messages or logins.
